Convert ABW to RTF

The easiest way how to convert .abw documents to Rich Text Format (.rtf file) is to use AbiWord or any other word processor with support of ABW format, unfortunately there doesn't seem to be (m)any. You can download AbiWord for free, so it should be really simple to achieve abw to rtf conversion.
