Convert IGES to XML

3D models cannot be exported to some generic XML format to transfer CAD/3D data. XML format in this case is most likely used for some kind reporting,  to export the descriptions and details about a model (in this case saved in IGES format). But otherwise iges to xml conversion is unlikely.
