Generally speaking, it is not possible to directly export or convert eDrawings files (.easm) to any other CAD format, for example CGR via easm to cgr conversion. eDrawings are meant for viewing and sharing but not for further editing, so they usually contain just exported output of the actual SolidWorks file, similar to PDF.
Simply put, it is impossible to convert EASM to CGR directly.
Thus, there is no so-called easm to cgr converter or a free online .easm to .cgr converter to be found.
