EASM files (SolidWorks eDrawings) typically cannot be converted to any other CAD files simply because these files, in most cases, are generated as non-editable exports and not meant for further editing, which unfortunately means that direct easm to dxf conversion is unlikely. If you need the original data, you must get the source file from the author and export it to DXF format.
Simply put, it is impossible to convert EASM to DXF directly.
Thus, there is no so-called easm to dxf converter or a free online .easm to .dxf converter to be found.
