Since it is possible to get a HTML file from CRYPT7 using a CRYPT7 to HTML conversion, it should be easy enough convert HTML to TXT afterwards should you wish it.
However, latest versions of WhatsApp use more modern versions of CRYPT format, so this conversion is more or less obsolete.
