The converter may also place the design on a solid background and show overlapping stitches as a single raster surface. Keep the original JEF beside the BMP for future resizing, recoloring, digitizing, or stitching.
If you need another embroidery format rather than a preview image, use embroidery software that exports formats such as DST, PES, or EXP; converting JEF to BMP is not an embroidery-format conversion, and converting the BMP back requires manual digitizing.
