The only way to export an embroidery design (such as JEF for Janome machines) to a raster image is to save the graphical preview of the embroidery as common picture (such as JPEG format). Easiest way would be to just print screen and crop the image of your embroidery opened in some viewer, unless your embroidery program supports this function by default.
