Computer embroidery designs are vector based, so it should not be hard to create one from XML based vector sources (.svg). For svg to vp3 conversion you just have to use some dedicated converter or better embroidery software, preferably one that supports VP3 format for Husqvarna/Viking/Pfaff machines.
