Convert TIF to VP3

Usually embroidery designs are made from vector graphics, because it is much more convenient than using raster pictures. However, it should be still possible in some embroidery designs to digitize such pictures (like .tif) and produce embroidery designs in any of the available vendor specific formats, including VP3 for Husqvarna/Viking/Pfaff machines.
