As embroideries are generally saved in vector graphics, many embroidery design or management programs support import from various vector formats, including standard SVG format (.svg files). This means that a svg to dst conversion, i.e. vector graphics to Tajima format (.dst files), should be doable with pretty much any decent embroidery editor as well as some vector graphics software featuring Tajima support.
