Converting AT&T Phonebook Files directly to vCard Files (.pbb to .vcf conversion) might theoretically be possible, even though your options will be limited.
We are, however, not aware of any existing phonebook management software or (online) conversion tool capable of directly converting PBB to VCF.
The database currently does not contain any pbb file converter.
