db to docx conversion would be something like export or conversion od a database to MS Word document. This does not make much sense, except perhaps for pure export of text data or some kind of table, in which case export to Excel would make more sense and would be also much easier. Once this is done, you can convert the Excel file to Word or import it as a table.
