Convert OXPS to EPS

oxps to eps conversion seems to a matter of export Windows OXPS documents to PostScript format, most likely for the purpose of printing the document on a PostScript printer. Unfortunately, we do not know about any utility capable of this, but you can certainly install virtual PostScript printer and simply "print" the .oxps file as PostScript document with it.

In any case, if you have issues with OXPS documents, it would be best to contact Microsoft support or some community forums about OXPS format.
