Convert OXPS to JPEG

In Windows you can easily open .oxps  with the pre-installed XPS reader, but exporting them to another format is not that easily. The best way to achieve oxps to jpeg conversion would be to first convert oxps to xps and then use one of the xps to jpg converters available. Some programs might also be able to perform this conversion directly, but generally OXPS format is not well supported. You can also just printscreen the document and crop it in MS Paint or something like that.
