Convert OXPS to XLS

As far as we know, no easy, or at least direct, way how to convert (or recover back) OXPS documents to XLS spreadsheets exists, which makes oxps to xls conversion troublesome to achieve. However, you might be able to can open your .xps file in Windows' 8/10 default viewer and print it to PDF format using a virtual PDF printer. After that is done, you can use any of the pdf to xls converters to save the data in Excel Spreadsheet.
