Convert VEP to FLV

Majority of .vep files actually come from AVS Video Editor and represent  projects that store work in progress. The software supports export to several multimedia formats (including Flash video), but you will need the original multimedia data referenced in the projects, because single .vep file is useless. If you have all that, there should be no issue with export to Flash format
