Converting Samsung Kies Phonebook Files directly to Comma-Separated Values Files (.spb to .csv conversion) relates to users searching for ways to extract contacts from their Samsung Kies contacts backup (.spb).
You can use Samsung Kies directly, since the app comes with a default .vcf/.csv export function. Some of the newer versions of Samsung Kies come, however, without this function.
As far as we know there is no third-party software or conversion tool capable of directly converting .spb to .csv.
Should your Samsung Kies version not have the contacts data export function, try looking for some of the older Kies versions (e.g. Kies 2.x). Samsung, unfortunately, no longer offers older Kies versions for download.
