Convert ODG to DOCX

You can certainly handle both .odg and .docx files with OpenOffice Draw and MS Word and use copy and paste method (or import) to produce a Word document that contains the ODG drawing. Except for that, it might very well be possible to find some online converter like ZAMZAR or something like that, which should be capable of odg to docx conversion as well.
