There are various e-book conversion and management applications (such as Calibre, Hamster etc.) you can use to convert your .epub files (Open eBook Files) to standard .txt format. By doing this, you will save only plain text without any formatting.
Read the following instructions when using the Calibre program:
- Import your e-book file (.epub) to the Calibre library
- Select the appropriate file and hit the 'Convert books' button
- Set up your output format as .txt
- Confirm by clicking the 'OK' button.
