Convert SAM to DOX

SAM and DOX formats seems to have been used in past for some kind of document format, but the software from which they come were discontinued years ago. Occassionally, some word processors might still support these formats, but unfortunately we do not know about any that would support them both, making sam to dox conversion pretty much impossible to achieve.
