Convert ORF to CR2

Various digital RAW photograph formats cannot be usually between each other, which is also most likely the case of orf to cr2 conversion (Olympus to Sony). What is usually done is that RAWs are either saved in a digital negative format (.dgn) or exported as common JPEG or TIFF pictures for sharing / publishing purposes. If you want to preserve raw data, save it as .dgn or similar digital negative format so you can use it in a different photo editor.
