Check the coordinate reference system when exporting from an Esri geodatabase. KML uses WGS 84 geographic coordinates, so reproject the layer to EPSG:4326 if QGIS does not perform the transformation automatically.

Large track logs can produce very large KML files, especially when every recorded point is retained. Simplify or reduce track-point density only after confirming that the resulting path remains accurate enough for the intended use.
