It is unlikely that you will find some kind of 3rd party software capable of directly converting Skillpipe digital publications (.bdb2) to any other format, including PDF, because BDB2 format seems to be proprietary and closed. However, since Skillpipe reader supports printing, you might be able to print individual pages from .bdb2 courses as PDF documents. Unfortunately, a watermark including your own name will be left on the PDF., because it's meant for personal use only.
