Convert CBR to PDF

CBR to PDF conversion essentially represents export of ComicBook archives (.cbr) to a PDF document. This is certainly doable, what what this conversion will do is to take the pictures from the archive and put them on individual pages in PDF document, a really big one. Should be doable with several ebook managers, but also manually with repacking of the .cbr file and building new PDF file with the pictures.
