Understanding SNP and ACCDE file formats

SNP files are Microsoft Access Snapshot Viewer files. They store a snapshot of a report from Microsoft Access, preserving the layout and formatting for viewing or printing, but do not contain editable database objects or data. SNP files are essentially static representations, similar to PDFs, and are now considered obsolete as Microsoft discontinued Snapshot Viewer.

ACCDE files are Microsoft Access Executable Database files. An ACCDE is a locked-down version of an Access database (ACCDB), where all VBA code is compiled and source code is removed. Users can run forms, reports, and queries, but cannot modify the design or code.

Can you convert SNP to ACCDE?
