Converting Intuit Interchange Format Files directly to Access Execute Only Databases (.iif to .accde conversion) using Microsoft Access itself appears not possible, since the program doesn't support .iif format.
As a possible workaround, try first converting .iff to .csv. You can then easily import the resulting CSV file to Microsoft Access.
