Both .snb (old S Note Files) and .spd (S Note Files) formats can be exported directly as .jpeg images using the desktop version of S Note from Samsung.

Go to 'File - Export - Image files function (.jpeg)'. That way you can save your notes as images, and thus completing an .spd to .jpeg conversion.
