Convert PDF to IBOOKS

The .ibooks extension indicates an eBook generated specifically for devices running on macOS and iOS. 

Try some of the currently available file conversion utilities, such as the DocHub online converter, or PDFelement by iSkysoft.

Alternatively, you can drag and drop your .pdf file to iTunes, and thus import it directly in your iBooks library. This will, however, not allow you to export that file in .ibooks format.
