.ppsx files are slideshows generated by presentation applications, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, SoftOffice Presentations or OpenOffice Impress. When double-clicked .ppsx files open directly as a presentation slideshow instead of a standard presentation document (.pptx).
To export your presentation as an .odp file (OpenDocument), resave the .ppsx document as an .odp file in Powerpoint, or other open source applications, such es OpenOffice Impress.
