You will need to use the original Myriad programs to reliably convert Myriad Music Files directly to MIDI Music Data Files (.myr to .midi conversion), since MYR is a proprietary file format.
Using Harmony Assistant or Melody Assistant will allow let you export MYR music files in numerous formats, including MIDI.
We are not aware of any third-party solution capable of converting MYR to MIDI.
