Convert JDB to VBN

Although both JDB and VBN file types are related to Symantec / Norton antivirus, there doesn't seem a way how these files can be converted via some jdb to vbn conversion, simply due the fact that both files serve completely different purpose. But if you for some reason need some kind of export or conversion between these file types, 

Simply put, it is impossible to convert JDB to VBN directly.
Thus, there is no so-called jdb to vbn converter or a free online .jdb to .vbn converter to be found.
