It doesn't seem to be possible to convert iOS apps (.ipa) to Java (.jar) apps to be of use on other platforms, which is what ios to jar conversion would be. Generally speaking, you will have to find out if the author of the iOS app also offers version in Java. No ios to jar converter will help you and it is not very likely something like that exists anyway.
