If the glTF file references external textures, make sure those files stay in the same relative locations during import. For .glb files, textures are embedded, which usually makes conversion simpler. Also note that USDZ is a packaged variant with stricter requirements, so it is not always the best first export target unless you specifically need Apple or AR-focused delivery.

For best results, verify the converted USD file in a USD-capable viewer or DCC application after export, especially if the asset contains animations, skinning, or complex materials.
