It doesn't seem to be possible to convert or otherwise import vCard contacts (.vcf) to Nokia backup (.nbf) files, simply because NBF backups are generated from the SD card, not the internal memory of the phone and as such does not contain address book, contacts and other data etc. and as far as we know there is no way to generate that kind of file from contacts files.
Simply put, it is impossible to convert VCF to NBF directly.
Thus, there is no so-called vcf to nbf converter or a free online .vcf to .nbf conversion tool.
