Convert RWL to RAW

It's certainly not common to convert digital RAW photographs between vendor specific formats, but at the same time it might not be impossible. But typically, various RAW files like RWL files from D-Lux 4 are exported to some generic format, such as DGN digital negative. Such conversion can be done with some special digital photography editors, for example Photoshop Lightroom.
