You should be able to simply resave or "lock" a DWFX drawing to a locked DWK drawing in Autodesk AutoCAD. This is not much of dwfx to dwk conversion, more like safety procedure done in AutoCAD. it is unlikely you will find a software that would otherwise help you convert dwfx to dwk.
