Convert CSV to SSN

It is certainly possible that contacts saved in CSV format can be imported to Samsung Kies and synced with your device, but it is unlikely you could directly import them to a SSN backup. What actually might be doable is to sync the contacts with your device and then perform full backup of your device using Samsung Kies to generate the backup file.
