Understanding WPL and CDA file formats

WPL (Windows Media Player Playlist) is a playlist file format used by Windows Media Player. It contains a list of references to audio or video files, but does not store the actual media content. They do not contain actual audio data but point to the location of tracks on the CD.

Can you convert WPL to CDA?

How to burn WPL playlist to an audio CD (CDA)
