Converting WAVE Audio Files directly to Adobe Sound Documents (.wav to .asnd conversion) is, per se, not possible; at least not in the proper conversion sense.
You can, however, certainly import WAV files to Adobe Audition; either to existing ASND sound documents or in order to generate new ones.
