Convert TXT to SMI

Movie subtitles (like the old and somewhat obsolete .smi files) can be prepared for text sources (.txt) in some of the dedicated subtitle making programs, including those, mainly older programs, listed below. This is due the fact that SMI format is somewhat old and no longer actively used in modern programs.
