Convert PLS to WPL

Considering that both .pls and wpl files are playlists, it is likely that you can re-save one to another or vice versa with various media players or dedicated playlist editors. The easiest way would be most likely to just use Windows Media Player in Windows, but tools like Playlist Manager are certainly viable option.
