Microsoft Publisher is a desktop publishing software intended for creating professional documents, such as marketing materials etc. It works with .pub document files.
Since the .accda format is used exclusively for Add-in/Plug-in files by Microsoft Access, a conversion from .pub to .accda is not possible.
Simply put, it is impossible to convert PUB to ACCDA directly.
Thus, there is no so-called pub to accda converter or a free online .pub to .accda converter to be found.
