Convert SPB to SPBA

Both .spb and .spba files can be found as contacts libraries generated in Samsung Kies, a tool used to synchronize data between devices. Since both file types are generated using different program versions, it might not be easy to create older file types out of newer ones.

If you are, however, only interested in your contact data only, try simply syncing them via your Google account.
