Convert CRYPT14 to SQLITE

It appears that .crypt14 files are specially encrypted (256 AES) SQLite databases much like the crypt12 files from previous versions of WhatsApp. Utilities that previously worked for .crypt12 files unfortunately no longer work for .crypt14 files, which means crypt14 to sqlite conversion or export is unlikely until someone makes working utility. In any case, such recovery will require proper decryption key.
