Convert ASK to LIC

Unfortunately, we have no information about any useful ask to lic conversion or what it might even represent. Both file types seems to be used for different purpose, so unless it's a typo for file types, this conversion is somewhat of a mystery.

Simply put, it is impossible to convert ASK to LIC directly.
Thus, there is no so-called ask to lic converter or a free online .ask to .lic converter to be found.
