As far as we know, there is no way how you could convert World of Tanks replays (.wotreplay) to some movie format like XVID, because replay does not contain any video data. The only way is to play the replay in World of Tanks and use a screen recording software to save it in a movie format, such as XVID. It is unlikely any software is capable of direct wotreplay to xvid conversion.
The database currently does not contain any wotreplay file converter.
