One (and likely only) of the possible dwg to pln conversion we know of, would be conversion of standard AutoCAD drawings to ArchiCAD. ArchiCAD supports DWG format and can both import and export it. So you can simply import any .dwg drawings to ArchiCAD and save them as projects (.pln). Probably can only be done in ArchiCAD.
