Convert AVX to APR

Although both file types are used in ESRI software, it doesn't seem that any kind of avx to apr conversion or export is possible between these two files and we have found no mention about it anywhere. If you have particular issue with these file types or their export, perhaps contact ESRI support.

Simply put, it is impossible to convert AVX to APR directly.
Thus, there is no so-called avx to apr converter or a free online .avx to .apr converter to be found.
