It looks like that converting Parasolid formats (.like .x_t files) to Solidworks (.sldprt files) should be doable with a dedicated CAD conversion program like the CrossManager. Other than that, it might be possible to achieve x_t to sldprot conversion with first exporting drawings to DWG/DXF format in Parasolid and importing it to SolidWorks.
