Quality and compatibility notes

SVG is ideal for diagrams, but the conversion may not be identical in every case. Complex Visio features such as gradients, transparency, custom fills, embedded fonts, or special connectors may be approximated differently in SVG.

If the VSD file uses fonts that are not installed on the conversion system, text layout may shift. To reduce this risk, make sure the required fonts are available before converting.
